No-Refund & No-Partial-Refund Policy

Player training packages (single sessions, multi-session bundles,  seasonal/unlimited plans)

Seasonal or specialty programs

Tournaments and league registrations

Camps (holiday, summer, or special clinics)

All payments made to Whitty Futbol are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for registration, participation, training, tournaments, and camps. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances once payment has been received.

No Partial Refunds or Credits: We do not provide partial refund or pro-rated credits for unused sessions, missed classes, schedule changes, or early withdrawal. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or absence, including (but not limited to) personal scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, relocation or dissatisfaction.
